We bought four of the 649-350 injectors through Amazon.com as a replacement to accompany an engine rebuild. Alright, we will admit- we got bit by the snake for $126.28 for the set. We will not be able to use any of them. A couple have physical damage (you would not be able to make an electrical connection due to the plastic being melted/deformed)- one had greasy black debris inside the discharge end, and a fourth one has a cracked nylon retainer for the o-ring.

It is another one of the companies that needs to be labled as, “buyer beware.”

So, a big fat 0 is our rating for Tom.

The three controls it provides, to adjust the equipment as required.

Duration, to allow the batteries to keep (duration)

Sensitivity to adjust the “ON” only required movements.

Luminescence to keep on during the day and protected (duration) the battery life.

The security light is mediocre. Guess that’s because it’s solar, they aren’t as bright as the lights hooked up to electricity. But, the worst problem was that it took an unbelievably long time to get. I’ve shipped and received packages from all over the world, and they never took even half the time to get as this did. So, I would definitely NOT buy from the supplier of this light.

I bought this to light my car port area. Installed it in 15 minutes and the light is a bright white. It lights a specific area in front of the light. It doesn’t light the whole area around, only where it pointed. Also be aware, it needs 3-5 days worth of charging BEFORE you can use it.

I ordered and received 2 of these lights. I opened the first one and the light housing fell off of the battery compartment. I removed the lens and a retaining ring fell out. I had to disassemble the battery compartment to get enough slack in the wires to see under the LED array. The retaining ring was supposed to be holding the two pieces together (light and battery). I got the ring into the groove on the swivel neck and it held snuggly. I believe that the ring was never even installed. It was difficult to put the ring on properly and once on was very secure, I don’t think that it fell off. I installed the light and opened the second unit. The same thing, the retaining ring was never installed. Both units are up and they work great, good light, good sensitivity, don’t come on during the day. A super securtiy light. If you get one I hope that you are mechanically inclined as you may have to put it together.

These should have never left the factory in that condition.

So many LEDs are low watt. I think it has to do with the heat that the hotter ones make. But since this is on for only 3-10- minutes, they found a way to make it bright.

I ordered this thinking that it would permanently replace my air intake, but I found out that this intake is not legal in CA. That means that the next time my car needs a smog check I will have to put on the old intake to pass. It would have been nice to know that up front. Anyway, installation took about 2 hours and everything went in pretty well. I have not noticed a big increase in power, but it is definately louder! Almost too loud, though there is not much difference at cruising, just when on the throttle hard. I have yet to see what it has done for gas mileage.

This intake works very nice. Makes my 09 Civic much more responsive and accelerates much quicker and soother and does so at lower revs then with the stock intake. It does not add a whole lot of HP (5-9 HP at best) but it does help your car make much better use of the power it has to begin with, you will notice the difference. Stock air box’s have so much air restriction, and holds you car back from what it is fully capable of. This intake will definitely help fix that. You will not notice a huge difference in power while cruising at lower revs (though is does make it a bit smoother), but when you get it up to around 3500 through 5500 revs, you will most definitely know it’s working! Gives the engine a great mean/deep sound too. This intake is definitely worth getting if your looking into upgrading the performance of your car.

I’ve reviewed several Civic induction kit products (web research and actual installs from friends) prior the purchase and finally decided on getting the K&N Typhoon kit. The overall package is well-designed, kit is complete to the last detailed part and the manual is easy to follow. The fun part comes when the installation is complete. The power and acceleration improvement definitely is significant with the throttle response more felt. Rev the engine above 3000rpm and you hear the wondrous VTEC roar. Warning: you’ll definitely be tempted to rev the engine up for the next few weeks.

Pros: easy installation, excellent upgrade, nice sound, uses the stock air pipe

I purchased these replacement filters for my 2007 Mazdaspeed 3 after not being able to get them at the local auto parts store. They are a great price, almost half of some other filters. When I received them I was very pleased with the quality. They come with instructions if you are not familiar with the vehicle. If you are not sure about doing this job yourself, don’t be. This is a very easy installation and if the provided instructions are not enough you can go on [...] and search for “mazda 3 cabin filter.” There is a couple step by step videos that will walk you through the complete process. After taking the old ones out I could see they were in dire need of a change at 60k miles. The new filters fit perfect, better then oem. After reinstalling everything I could instantly notice an increase in the air flow to the cabin. The air quality was much improved as well. Felt like new again!

Great plug. On sale its just a few dollars more than a copper core plug. Seeing that this is for use in single cylinder engines a 3 or 4 dollars is not much to spend for such an important part of the overall engine performance. Ive had great luck not fouling this plug on my CR250. It starts real well even after a crash (usually anyway) not that I like to test anything by crashing :) but it happens.

Bought this plug to try in my Aprilia Scooter. I wanted to see if I had a performance change using the Iridium plug. I really can’t notice any big improvements. Too early to tell if mileage gets better. The plug comes with a threaded end and I needed a terminal cap to use it with my scooter – that was hard to find – parts store guy stole one off another plug and gave it to me – none of the parts houses here in Boise carry the terminal screw on cap – what a pain – I suggest (the manufacturer) putting one on the plug and letting us (the consumer) take it off if we don’t need it, instead of making us search for one if we do.

I have used these in my Kawi 1100ZXI Jet Ski for at least 10 years with great success. We run a lot at high altitude and haven’t had any issues, I replace them each year and seemed Amazon had a good price so I started to purchase through here. Many auto part stores didn’t seem to carry these.

The photo for this product shows the DPR8EA-9 with a solid terminal, not the threaded stud that is actually what the product has. To satisfy the image, the DPR8EA-9 will require a terminal nut to either be saved from an existing application, or in my case, purchase of a second spark plug with an included terminal nut.

These appear to be good quality shocks and were relitively easy to install. The hose supplied was long enough to accomodate any installation needs. The

only fault I have with the kit is that the Schrader valve assembly for pressurizing the shocks is not long enough to be mounted thru a wall thickness more than about 3/16″ thk. The fiberglass trunk wall in my car had to be counterbored to allow fitting of the Schrader valve.

Had computer show misfiring on a few occasions before I decided to change the plugs. I found these on Amazon, maybe not the best price, but still OK. These plugs are the original OEM plugs for stock 1.8T’s. Many people use Copper plugs, I picked Platinums as they are known for longer life. Also, they supposedly come pre-gapped, but always check yourselves the correct gap for your model/year. Haven’t had any problems since I swapped out the originals with these.

My wife's 2007 Hummer H3 has been a mixed blessing. 1: She loves it, but 2: The thing seems like it was built by a drunken autoworker on a Monday or Friday (as it seems like something is always breaking on it).

She comes home one day and tells me her Air Conditioning isn't working. Checked the fuses, all good, checked relays (all good). Did some binging around for the problem, and found people saying to check the resistor pack under the passenger's dash. Sure enough, the connector showed a burn mark that these things make when they die.

Tried to order a new one from Shucks (or Crager or whatever the heck they call themselves now), as well as Autozone. They had them listed for around $60, but neither had them in stock (or would let me backorder them).

In a hunch, I tried Amazon, and there it was... not only a suitable repalcement, but OEM to boot, and at $40 less than the local guys.

It took a little longer to arrive (think it was 5 days to west coast), but it was only a 5 minute swap job (2 screws, pull out, put new one in, screws in and connect.

Now-- why does a 3 year old vehicle need a new blower resistor? Take that up with GM, as this is a common part on many cars and trucks. I've had Nissan's and Fords for up to 15 years and never had such a problem.

Anyway, this is a perfect OEM replacement, excellent price, and not hard to swap.

I ordered a starter from DB Electrical for my lawnmower. The first starter failed within 3 months. I contacted them and they sent another one out with instructions that if the second one failed to return both for a refund. The second one failed and so I returned both. They wrote back and said that since it had been a year since the first starter was purchased it was out of warranty, even though the second starter was only in service for 2-3 months. So now I am out the purchase price and the return shipping. Don’t deal with these people their service and products are terrible!!
